Check before you paste

Test the blank in Minecraft before you pay

The rename field counts 16. Each letter you paste is one — kana, hangul, Arabic and ツ included.

Realm operators can kick empty-looking or unreadable names. Ask before you rename on a shared server.

  1. Copy the first blank from the list above. Not the spacebar.
  2. Java usernames in Minecraft are a–z, 0–9 and underscore. Katakana, hangul and Arabic belong in a Bedrock display name or a realm that allows them — not in the Java login.
  3. Paste once. Do not confirm yet. Watch the field for two seconds.
  4. Letters vanish, the field shakes, or Confirm stays off: that client refused the script. Do not pay. Walk the fallback list below.
  5. If the letters stay, read the counter, then confirm once. Check the Minecraft lobby list and a friend’s phone before another rename.
  6. A box on someone else’s screen is their font. An empty slot after save means the filter stripped the letters after Confirm.
  7. If you see a square, copy the next blank and paste again before you confirm.

Questions

Japanese nick instead?

Use the Japanese Minecraft path. Generate kana, then test in the same rename field. If kana will not save, the fallback there is latin plus ツ — not more blank.
