• Why a spacebar disappears from a nickname2026-08-24 · The spacebar inserts U+0020, the ordinary space. A nickname field may treat it as a separator, then trim or normalize it before saving. That is why a gap can vanish even though you pressed the key correctly.
• Hangul Filler or Braille blank: which to try first2026-08-24 · Hangul Filler is U+3164; Braille Pattern Blank is U+2800. Unicode lists them as different characters, so each needs its own rendering and filter check. In our 19 August 2026 Free Fire username check, Hangul Filler worked while Braille Pattern Blank showed a box.
• How to test a blank nickname before saving2026-08-24 · A blank-looking name has to survive the service’s own field. Use the preview as the decision point: it can preserve the character, remove it, reject the paste, or show a box. Keep a visible fallback ready before you enter a screen with a limited rename.
• Display Name and Username sit on different rows2026-09-03 · A blank or a Japanese nick that saves in a Display Name can still fail in a unique Username. Open the screen that names the row, paste once, and read the preview before you spend a yearly or weekly change.
• Arabic and Persian nicks share a family of letters2026-09-03 · The Persian converter maps latin p to پ and g to گ. Those four extra letters are the usual difference people notice when they paste an Arabic nick and a Persian nick into the same game field.
• Cyrillic а and latin a occupy different code points2026-09-03 · natsu maps to натсу. The letters are a sound sketch for a nick field. Copy once, paste once, and watch whether the client keeps а or substitutes a latin lookalike.
• Chinese nicks on this site map latin sound2026-09-03 · A family given name is chosen by meaning and household practice. The box here only has a sound map and a short list. Use the paste for a game nick, then let the field accept or refuse it.
