Thai name in Identity V
Type the nick in latin. The box sketches Thai letters from the sound. Whether Identity V keeps ิ and ก is the filter. Confirm only after the preview holds.
What the generator does
Latin sounds to Thai letters and marks. Vowel marks share the counter with consonants. The sketch is for a nick field, not Thai school spelling.

Test in Identity V before you confirm
The rename field counts 14. Each letter you paste is one — kana, hangul, Arabic and ツ included.
The wiki notes that most special characters cannot be pasted from the clipboard. If paste dies, type the character. First Change Name is free; later screens show Inspirations.
- In Identity V, open the person icon at top-right, File tab, wrench, Change Name. If clipboard paste fails, type the character. Stay inside 14.
- Paste once. Do not confirm yet. Watch the field for two seconds.
- Letters vanish, the field shakes, or Confirm stays off: that client refused the script. Do not pay. Walk the fallback list below.
- If the letters stay, read the counter, then confirm once. Check the Identity V lobby list and a friend’s phone before another rename.
- A box on someone else’s screen is their font. An empty slot after save means the filter stripped the letters after Confirm.
If Thai will not sit in the field
- Drop vowel marks ิ เ โ first. Keep two or three base consonants. Marks and letters share the counter.
- Mix: latin stub plus one Thai consonant. natsuก asks less than a full sketch if the preview already tofu’d the marks.
- Marks only: ★ around the latin nick. Smaller ask than stacked Thai marks on a font that already drew boxes.
Questions
Do the marks count as characters?
Read the counter after you paste. ิ เ โ often count as one each, same as ก. If the counter jumps past the limit, drop the marks first and keep two consonants.
